Field-Based Staff

The following staff members of the Early Head Start National Resource Center @ ZERO TO THREE are located in the Regional Offices of the Administration for Children and Families, Department of Health and Human Services and the Central Office of the Head Start Bureau. These individuals support capacity building of federal staff working to support Early Head Start programs. The work of the Senior Early Childhood Associates (SECAs) range from providing individualized training and consultation, to developing systems of professional development in the regions.SECA support federal staff during EHS grant reviews and negotiation, and on-site federal monitoring.

WestEd Staff

The Program for Infant/Toddler Caregivers (PITC) is offered to Early Head Start programs as a service of the Early Head Start National Resource Center @ ZERO TO THREE in collaboration with WestEd of Sausolito, CA. This training consists of Module Training Institutes on four major content areas, which are offered to educators, program managers, and other professionals responsible for training caregivers. These intensive sessions help trainers deepen their understanding of each module�s content and acquire skills in the integrated presentation of the concepts in the PITC videos and guides.� For more information about the PITC training available to EHS grantees, please contact Veronica Rodriquez at the address below.
