Annual Head Start and Child Care Birth To Three Institute

The 8th Annual Birth to Three Institute will be held February 9-12, 2004 at the Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland.

The annual Head Start and Child Care Birth To Three Institute is planned by the U.S.Department of Health & Human Services, Head Start and Child Care Bureaus, with the Early Head Start National Resource Center. Registration is open to individuals affiliated with Head Start birth-to-three programs. For more information about the Birth To Three Institute, please contact Pam Booker at pbooker@zerotothree.org.

The Early Head Start Research to Practice Information Kit is now available on-line! The Research to Practice materials include powerpoint presentations and written documents that summarize the important findings from the national evaluation of Early Head Start. The materials are designed to be used by program, regional, and federal staff as well as training and technical assistance providers.
