Abstract
Sore nipples and breast engorgement may occur for several reasons including incorrect breastfeeding positioning. Pregnant and breastfeeding women learn ways to avoid and treat sore nipples and breast engorgement. Women experiencing a fever, flu–like symptoms, or pain continues during breastfeeding are advised to contact their healthcare provider. (Available in English and Spanish).
