Operation Parenting Edge (OPE)

Operation Parenting Edge (OPE), at ZERO TO THREE is a partnership of the Marine Corps and the Early Head Start Program (EHS). This two-year training and consultation Pilot Project is geared towards the awareness and capacity building of Early Head Start staff in regards to the strengths, stressors, and needs of military families. Participants are provided with specialized instruction, support, and opportunities for professional development through a wide range of educational activities and events.
